Job details: Senior Designer Red 5 Studios, an exceptional MMO company founded by veterans of the World of Warcraft team, is seeking a talented Senior Game designer to help change the face of gaming. Your focus would be on core game design, mechanics and play balance. Great math skills and a general understanding of probability are helpful. The ideal candidate is an excellent team player and communicator.

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in video game design
* Shipped at least 1 AAA title as a senior or lead designer from concept stage to release
* Avid MMO Player
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent writing skills
* Passion for games
* Mad crazy game design skillz
* Proven problem solving experience

Pluses:
* Multi-genre interest in games and platforms
* Storytelling, writing skills
* Experience with pen and paper RP games or CCGs
