ACONY is looking for Development Director
duration - Full Time

Job details: Development Director ACONY is currently in production on a next generation cross-platform multiplayer FPS with original IP based on the Unreal Engine(TM) 3 Technology. Our international team is a mixture of industry veterans and newcomer talents from America, Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities:

-Work closely with the Producer
-Manage prototyping and production efforts on a next gen FPS with an international team of 40+ developers
-Daily supervision and coordination of the Programming and Art Departments
-Prioritize and schedule tasks with Department Leads and the Producer
-Troubleshoot workflow issues and remove obstacles to development


Requirements:

-Have shipped a commercial title on PC in a Lead position
-Have effectively managed teams of 20+ developers
-Have background in Programming
-Have knowledge of next gen development methodologies
