NCsoft is looking for Art Production Manager
duration - Full Time
Job details: Art Production Manager The Art Production Manager will be responsible for managing all relationships and coordination with outside art contractors. Duties will primarily include coordinating the transfer of information and assets between the Tabula Rasa development team and our contracted studios. Duties also include testing assets as they are received and offering direction to the contractors on any changes required. Will also be responsible for managing the implementation into the game of these assets and following them through to Quality Assurance testing. Duties may also include managing internally developed content.
Requirements:
4+ years of professional Computer Artist experience
2+ years Lead Artist or Art Director-type experience
Minimum of 5 years and/or 2 shipped products (games, movies, television)
Expertise in Microsoft Project and Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong experience in 3DstudioMax and Photoshop
Strong understanding of modern 3D hardware as it relates to art production and game engines
Strong, demonstrable abilities in traditional art
Creative, proactive problem solver
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both Artists and Programmers
Highly motivated individual with solid leadership and team skills
Mature, positive individual with ability to approach art development with objectivity
Preferred:
MMP game development experience
