Job details: Since its inception eight years ago and with the launch of five great games under its belt, this company has developed a reputation for excellence. The company has a well equipped development studio just 45 minutes North of London, employing some 50 people and a management team of seven proven industry. The positions in this brief is located in their newly established studio in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The new studio is situated at the heart of the citys University District and provides over 10,000 square feet (over three floors) of modern air-conditioned production space in one of Dhakas prime commercial office towers. Incorporating a high performance network and server infrastructure together with the latest cutting edge development equipment, software, tools, and personnel, the studio represents one of the most modern production facilities in the world.
Requirements: The Chief Visual Officer is a senior role reporting directly to the Studio Director and is tasked with creating a world-class art culture at the Studio through the establishment of a strong and professional art department committed to creating the highest quality visual products. The ideal candidate should have direct experience of a similar position, role or the ability at interview to clearly demonstrate they are ready to step up to the role from a Lead Artist or similar art management role.
Successful candidates will be proactive and self disciplined with a strong character, and will be able to command respect and drive operations and tasks through to completion. Ideally you should also be viewed as an industry leader with the experience and imagination to determine where the Studio needs to head.
In addition to a good basic salary the package for these positions also includes:
A fully expensed luxury furnished & air-conditioned apartment over 2,200 square feet
A full time maid who is on hand to take care of all household duties
A full time driver and car on call 24/7
A full time personal cook who is able to cater for all dietary needs
1st Class healthcare is provided that includes all medical and dental needs
Paid return flights to the UK
