Starting Date: immediately , duration - 2 months with possiblilty of m
Job details: Face 2 Face is seeking the following members to create a 6 minute anime style commercial, think Appleseed. We're looking for highly creative people that can work under a tight deadline. All positions are in house only. Positions start immediately and will last for at least 8 weeks. All candidates must be familiar with Maya or XSI.
Requirements: Technical Director:
Responsibilities: Experienced with various technical/problem solving aspects of production, with scripting experience.
Character Modeler:
Responsibilities: Create optimized polygon flow for characters. Familiar with rigging and deformation work.
Environment Modeler:
Responsibilities: Create indoor and outdoor environments work with matte painters to create stunning Anime style scenes.
Matte Painter:
Responsibilities: Work with Environment Modelers to create highly detailed anime style plates. Also help texturing models.
Character Animator:
Responsibilities: Create traditional anime style motion through hand key framing. Experience with fight scenes a plus.
Generalist/Lighter:
Responsibilities: Light, render scenes, and texturing. Experience with Mental Ray is a necessity. Toon shading experience a plus.
Due to the time constraints we prefer that all applicants email any web links of their portfolios, but we will also accept mail-ins.
