Job details: Global Brand Manager RedOctane seeks a seasoned Global Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. This person will assists in tactical execution as well as develop strategic global marketing plans and franchise development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy a three year strategy for assigned brand against the objective of maximizing the performance potential for the brand.
Understand and respond to Consumer and Brands evolving role within the marketplace to meet consumer needs.
Deliver on time, accurate, and high quality Benchmarking and Decay Curve analysis process for assigned titles.
Research and recommend strategies, risks and opportunities for assigned brands to all levels of the organization.
Make effective decisions regarding Brand P&L;, both top-line and bottom-line impact.
Promote RedOctanes brand vision to external partners.
Develop marketing effectiveness goals such as TV commercials, media plans and package face panel.
Manage catalog strategy for assigned brand.
Ensure accuracy and quality in the brand volume and forecasts.
Work closely w/ the Brand Manager to facilitate the GL process including P&Ls; and presentations.
Ensure timely approvals process with Licensors and First Parties.
Manage Promotions, PR launch promotions, Website, Online Advertising/Media, etc.
Represent RedOctane goals and objectives while ensuring close relationships with partners including Developers, Trade Marketing, Sales, International, PR, Creative Services, agencies, vendors and retailers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
4 years of Marketing experience with at least 2 years of financial analysis, brand management or consumer research experience.
Ability to manage relationships w/ external (1st parties and Licensors) and internal customers specifically Sales, Marketing and Creative Services.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills, while maintaining an ability to always stay focused on the work at hand.
Must demonstrate knowledge of games and the game industry.
Excellent analytical, verbal and written skills.
Strong team player, able to balance and blend various department needs and views into effective Marketing strategy and work with other teams to complement and support each other's plan's and objectives.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
