Job details: Pseudo Interactive is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to focus on attracting talented new members to our growing team.
Your job will be to locate and screen candidates, and to drive the hiring process. You will be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience from the candidates first contact through to their first day on the team.
Pseudos recruitment needs cover a wide variety of positions including programming, art, design, production and audio. Game industry recruiting experience is preferred, but candidates with experience in related industries, or within other game industry positions (e.g. PR or Marketing) are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements: Assess and continually update position requirements with directors and leads.
Identify and evaluate candidates to fills requirements.
Interview candidates, arrange interviews with managers and conduct reference checks.
Deliver offers of employment.
Develop and implement hiring strategies as well as recruiting processes that result in timely and cost effective hires.
Design and maintain a recruiting database for sourcing candidates and tracking the interview process.
Coordinate outside recruiting campaigns.
Represent Pseudo at job fairs, local colleges, IGDA.
Promote Pseudo as a great place to work, both externally and internally.
Assist in development of quality of life standards.
