Job details: Senior Artist/Animator (PC Title) _Responsibilities
Responsible for animating dynamic, believable and appealing characters for both in-game and cut scene environments.
To Work with Motion Capture as an animation tool, as well as keyframe animation.
Be able to take responsibility for an animation, seeing it through to completion, in a timely manner, to the highest quality possible.
May be expected to prepare character models for animation.
As a team player, you must be able to take direction, and both give and receive critiques on animation.
Clearly communicate your progress to your supervisor, and work with that individual to achieve the desired results.
_Qualifications
2 year 2D/3D art degree a plus. Would prefer an emphasis in character animation.
Must have a high level of proficiency with the principals of animation, and physics, which they clearly demonstrate in a demo reel.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
Strong interest in computer games.
Must be proficient in one or more types of 3D software (3D studio Max, SoftImage, Maya, Alias, Lightwave).
3+ years or more experience animating models for a "shipped" game is a plus.

Demo reel which demonstrates a clear understanding for the principals of character animation and physics.
