Job details: Client Software Development Manager The Client Development Software Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and coaching a team of client software developers in producing deliverable software functionality for internet game clients, web-related applications, and or customer products related to corporate needs. Develops software requirements and specifications and establishes processes and work assignments. Conducts progress reviews following testing and adjusts scope and schedule accordingly. Plans and coordinates with other professional staff on the implications for installation, integration, user operation, and technical requirements. Acts as a liaison with Server Development Software Manager.

Requirements:
- 5 years experience working with online games
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Highly motivated self-starter with attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of C/C++ and the STL, C#, Microsoft SQL, MFC, ATL or other widely adopted library code base
- 2-4 years working with source control system such as CVS or Perforce.
