Job details: A dynamic Receptionist/Office Assistant
wanted for a fun Animation and Design Studio! You enjoy taking the initiative and have a HUGE interest in Production.If you are ready to join this team for the long term, then we would love to hear from you. THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.
Requirements: Responsibilities include answering the phones, meeting/greeting clients, managing phone/voice mail systems, sorting and distributing mail, organizing courier shipments, ordering and maintaining office supplies, booking travel, rooms and equipment, updating and maintaining a database/internal phone lists, and word processing. Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer required.
