Abalone Studios is looking for 2D Map Maker & GUI Icon Designer
Starting Date: 8/14 , duration - 2-3 months

Job details: Skilled illustrator will create multiple 2D maps of single fictional airbase based on art director\'s map design. Additionally, artist will create map icons and GUI-style interface graphics for a fictional future-weapons system.
The final maps must be highly realistic yet slightly futuristic. This is not space fantasy...it\'s \"future era realistic combat.\"
Requirements: Artist must demonstrate realistic mapmaking/mechanical illustration/blueprint style illustration skills.
Artist must demonstrate previous experience with designing icons
Artist must be experienced in Illustrator & Photoshop
