Destineer is looking for Quality Assurance Manager

Job details: Quality Assurance Manager RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the quality assurance department to ensure that products meet all quality standards.
Work closely with engineering leads and producers to gather technical product information, understand product functionality, communicate test results and resolve quality issues.
Implement testing policies, procedures and standards.
Direct the development of test scripts and test plans.
Set short and long term QA planning and testing schedules for all titles prior to their release.
Ensure that bugs are properly tracked and recommend corrective action as appropriate.
Develop, coach and train QA team members.
Oversee the companys usability testing.
Manage the companys work with outside test resources.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of QA experience.
Experience with both PC and game console testing.
Prior experience leading and managing a team of resources.
Experience writing test plans and test scripts.
Excellent project management and resource management skills.

PREFERRED:

Knowledge of TCR submission process for Xbox, Sony or GameBoy highly desirable.
Bachelors Degree
