Job details: External Art Coordinator Job Description:
The External Art Coordinator focuses on tracking the location, status, and approvals for external art assets. Validate incoming art assets according to project requirements and specifications, driving the development of any specialized tools needed for this purpose. If assets need to be modified or updated, the External Art Coordinator follows through to ensure that changes are completed and tracked in an accurate and timely manner. Collaborating daily with the Art Manager, Product Manager and outside vendors on schedules and deliverables to meet product needs. Strong customer service, great team player, adaptability and flexibility, and the ability to have fun and foster a fun working environment along the way are key in this role. This is a contract position.


Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining the asset tracking system and for providing input on the improvement and optimization of that system.
Responsible for validating assets according to requirements and specifications.
Responsible for learning asset creation and implementation pipelines.
Responsible for coordinating the asset approval process with managers and discipline leads.
Responsible for coordinating asset corrections, modifications, and/or updates with Art Manager, Project Manager and the individuals tasked with completing or implementing the asset.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and excellent verbal and communication skills a must.
Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while working effectively under pressure.
Problem solving and negotiating skills.
Set an example to all team members by regularly demonstrating strong work ethics, quality of work, teamwork, motivation, and solid leadership.
Maintain effective and strong working relationships with managers and coworkers.
Ability to work in tight production deadlines


Qualifications/Education:
BA and art background preferred
1 5 years applicable industry related experience in traffic or project management.
Knowledge of MS Excel and Project.
Experience with Adobe PhotoShop, or comparable program.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Responsive to deadlines and work well under pressure.
