Animaticmedia is looking for Technical Director

Job details: Animaticmedia needs assistance creating a library of realistic human 3D characters. We transform these characters into usable fully rigged, skinned and textured models that can be animated in Maya. We have listed each phase below and we are looking to out-source as much of this process to speed up our work flow and increase our bottom line. We wish to know how much you would charge for each phase of production? We would supply the initial Poser/Daz models and references for texture.
Requirements: Estimates based on creating and importing a head
Low Res:
Create Morph targets (Approximately 15 targets) in Poser= 1 hour
How much for your company to do?
Transfer morph targets with head model to Maya= 1 hour
How much for your company to do?
Create blend shapes in Maya, tweaking the blends= 1-3 hours
How much for your company to do?
Assign hair, texturing and Z brush normal maps= 8 hours
How much for your company to do?
Estimates based on creating and importing a body from Poser:
Skinning and texturing the existing Poser body model> 1 day
How much for your company to do?
Rigging > 1-2 hours
How much for your company to do?
High Res:
