Job details: Team Leader/Designer This company specializes in producing top-quality Java-games for webpages, and have so far developed and marketed over 30 different online games. They currently require an experienced game designer to lead a team of 3-4 senior designer and 10+ content developers. The successful candidate will oversee the development of the game and manage the production schedule. Applicants must have strong leadership skills, with 2+ years' of relevant experience managing games development teams, as a lead designer or developer working on published titles. They must also have a good understanding of programming languages and have a passion for role playing games. Ideally they would like a candidate who has a strong interest in MMORPGS and have experience in both design and management. They will consider US and Canadian candidates and will provide a work permit.
