Job details: Lead Artist/Art Director Duties:

- Manage art team
- Define art pipelines and find solutions to game requirements
- Troubleshoot problems and assist artists with tasks
- Share and facilitate knowledge and understanding of cutting edge techniques and tools
- Critique own and others work constructively and raise the overall quality of our games

Requireed skills and experience:

- Four year degree or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years experience working as 3D artist on shipped console titles
- One or more years experience working in Art Lead or Art Director position on a published title
- Experience with next-gen consoles preferred
- Experience developing pipelines
- Excellent problem solving capabilities
- Excellent personal relationship skills
- Experience mentoring and tutoring junior artists
- Thorough knowledge of Photoshop, Maya and other 2D/3D applications
- Task driven, self motivated, excellent time management skills
