Job details: Requirements:

Knowledge of Flash (for animation not website)
Understanding principles of animation (timing. weight , etc)
Experience @ lipsync and/or traditional animation.
Demonstrate high quality animation skills with demo/portfolio

Plus

Team oriented as well as working well independently
Work well under pressure and perform well under tight deadlines
Knowledge of Maya or other animation programs.
