Requirements:


You are technically-inclined and have hands-on experience developing game objects and mechanics.
You can use 3D software packages like Maya to prototype, construct, and script game objects.
You can both give and take constructive criticism in a creative group environment.
You can analytically break down a proposed game experience into implementation details.
You have worked on successful console action titles from start to finish.




Plusses



Prior experience in either art or programming aspects of game development.

Have experienced one full console game development cycle from start to finish.
