Soundelux Design Music Group is looking for New Business Development / Sales

Job details: New Business Development / Sales We are seeking an individual to head up New Business Development. Responsibilities include active prospecting, qualifying, pitching and closing.
Candidate must be able to:
Maintain relationships with prospective customers through the entire sales cycle and work as a team member with other Accent Media Group employees,
Promote our services to key decision makers in the industries of:
1) Video Games- publishers and developers
2) Special Venue- theme parks, museums and other location-based entertainment producers.
Produce and oversee all marketing material content and direction,
Produce and maintain demos,
o Retrieve, convert and organize music files to create custom play lists on a project-by-project basis,
o Manage ftp sites used to traffic larger demo content for potential projects,
Keep company information up-to-date within the publications and directories where DMG is currently listed as a service provider,
Determine future areas of growth to meet revenue projections,
Facilitate/coordinate meetings between clients and creative staff,
Conduct facility tours for visiting clientele and up-sell services within current projects,
Attend conferences, networking events and trade shows pursuing new leads/projects and massaging existing relationships,
Keep management and partners updated on a weekly basis regarding pending and current leads, upcoming appointments, and strategies,
Coordinate with other AMG divisions to cross-sell services,
Develop strong understanding of market trends and dynamics,
Prepare services proposals and bids in collaboration with creative team,
Negotiate contracts, including scope of services, terms and conditions, and pricing,
Job Qualifications:
2+ years experience in Sales
3+ years experience in the Interactive Games business
Candidate must have working relationships with industry leaders in the Games business.
Telephone sales skills including qualifying, presentating, and strong interpersonal/rapport building.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced work setting.
Clear understanding of the sale cycle.
Team player with excellent verbal communication skills, both written and spoken.
Experience with MS Word and Excel.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Self-starter, driven with great follow-through skills.
Knowledge of sales tracking systems.
Educational/Technical Requirements:
Associates degree preferred
