Job details: Major Accounts and Channel Marketing Manager Position Summary
This is a primary position in account management, channel marketing and sales for existing partners and major accounts in North America, Europe, and Asia. Support iWin sales and distribution with marketing programs designed to secure top placement and promotion for iWins games in all channels. Evaluate and maximize marketing and sales performance for each account. Responsible for building and expanding relationships with major accounts and conducting executive bridge meetings between companies. This is a KEY position within the company with an opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed channel marketing and revenue objectives each quarter for all iWin products across multiple platforms:
1. PC digital download and retail box channels, OEM, and licensing partners.
2. Consoles Nintendo Wii & Virtual Console, Sony PS3 and EDI, Microsoft Xbox 360 and Live Arcade
3. Handheld Nintendo DS, Sony PSP, Multimedia devices (iPod, MP3 players, etc.)
4. Alternative Platforms, Channels, and Outbound IP Licensing
5. Mobile
Create and implement channel marketing programs to secure top placement with major websites, portals, accounts, and distribution partners. Communicate and market iWins product line-up and deploy new games to iWin partners.
Maintain and review channel marketing and sales reports with senior management to maximize revenue, margin, and sales volume.
Represent company at conferences, events, and meetings in a professional manner.
30% travel required to key accounts plus attendance at 34 industry events per year.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas in order or priority:
3 years experience in major account management and channel marketing and sales with a traditional game publisher such as Electronic Arts, Activision, Microsoft, Vivendi, Sega, Sony, Atari, Ubisoft, Midway, Namco, etc.
Experience with distribution partners, territory partners, and outbound licensing partners in North America, Europe, and/or Asia Pacific.
Proven track record of major account satisfaction and exceeding goals. Customer focused and results driven.
Strong Rolodex with mass market or casual games experience.
Cross platform experience (PC, Console, Handheld, Mobile, etc.).
Ability to navigate and gain support of other company departments to accomplish goals.
Must possess refined communication, persuasion and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Education
4 year degree or equivalent required
