Job details: Associate Producer The Associate Producer is responsible for managing the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the development of online games. He/she will be the product's line managers responsible for overseeing the implementation of the product vision and managing the creation and implementation of the product's design. The candidate we have in mind is a creative project manager who will have a firm understanding of the tasks necessary to complete the game in a cohesive and logical manner. To this end no tasks should be too small, if it will ensure on-time delivery!

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the performance of milestone reviews with the production and technical teams
- Generate comprehensive reports on milestones reviews; providing quality analysis, bug reporting, feedback and suggestions to improve overall product development
- Constantly identify, assess, and acquire resources needed by the developer, within the budgetary guidelines created by the Producer
- Work with Senior Producers, Producers, and Project Leads to coordinate the creation of schedules and budgets for the product
- Act as an additional contact (along with the Producer) on all issues related to the product
- Assist, generate and track assets gathered for promotional or public relations tasks with other departments.
- Assist in the creation and review of all materials created for the project
- Maintain a broad knowledge base of industry standards and other resources that can aid in the delivery of on-time product
- Play and compare current product against competitive industry products; providing feedback and suggestions to Producer / Senior Producer
- Carry out any other Project Management duties as identified by the Producer

Requirements:
- Very strong Initiative with a strong desire to learn and be challenged
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the customary procedures and development strategies in online game development preferred
- Ability to create, maintain, assess, and adjust project schedules
- Ability to adapt and address issues encountered in the product development process
- Ability to manage fiscal budgets
- Strong understanding of the synergies between the publisher and developer to anticipate their needs
- Design experience/successfully published title in the online industry desired
- Bachelor's degree preferred
