Mainframe Entertainment Inc. is looking for Lead Layout Artist

Job details: Duties and Responsibilities Include:

- On behalf of the Supervisor, act as team leader

- Ensure productivity by answering questions that arise and assist with training

- Interact with all supervisors to realize director?s vision

- Responsible for providing production ready assets that animation, lighting and FX can use to begin their functions within the overall pipeline

- Responsible for supporting shots through all of the downstream departments

- Establish the overall cinematic flow of shots and sequences

- Responsible for the continuity and flow within and between shots and sequences

- File management - organize work/files efficiently

Qualifications Include:

- Strong skills in layout (planning and asset management), animation & cinematography are required

- Degree/diploma in fine arts or animation or equivalent experience

- A minimum of five years film or television experience

- Proficiency in Maya and or XSI & Linux is a must

- Demonstrable ability to communicate creative and technical thoughts and ideas

- Demonstrable ability to orient and train

- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and prioritize
