OCTFCU is looking for Interactive Media Specialist
duration - Indefinite
Job details: Responsible for creating, evaluating, planning and developing the graphic
redesign of the OCTFCU Web site and implementing content changes as necessary.
Responsible for introducing new media to the organization and develop emarketing
campaigns for current Membership.
Essential Job Functions:
Designs and develops user interface features, site animation, and special
effects elements of OCTFCU Web site. Supports the efforts of the graphic design
team to enhance the appeal of the organization's online offerings.
Implement and evaluate success of OCTFCU Web site redesign project.
Responsible for developing, implementing and ongoing execution and success of
e-marketing plan, as well as creating a tracking mechanism and generating
reports on e-marketing efforts.
Responsible for planning, strategy and execution of interactive media market
planning.
Assist with the graphic design team with projects as required.
Write Web site copy when needed
Must meet all mandatory annual training requirements as specifically applicable
to this position.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Knowledge, Education, and Experience
Education/Experience:
College degree preferred
3+ years of Web site / new media development experience/graphic design

Strong inter-personal and communication skills in order to interface with
various departments and management levels, make presentations to an internal
audience, and interact positively with upper management.
Exhibit leadership capabilities by providing direction to and mentoring for less
experienced teammembers
Exceptional collaborative problem solving skills. This includes active
listening; formulating and expressing desired outcomes, identifying underlying
interests and analyzing their consequences.
Excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of
technical and non-technical staff.
The ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented.
