Job details: Intermediate Interior Designer
Under general supervision, utilize 2D/3D CAD programs, including AutoCAD, 3D Studio VIZ-MAX, and Form Z to develop 3D computer models, presentation images, and designs for healthcare and corporate interiors projects based on the concepts of senior design staff.
Conduct field investigations, building surveys, and field measurements; assist in the selection, consideration, and review of materials; may participate in meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and public agencies; coordinate with other disciplines to integrate and meet design expectations; participate in the development of construction documents; document job site progress and report issues and concerns to project architect.
B.A./B.S./BFA in Interior Design/Architecture/Interior Architecture or equivalent in education and experience. Minimum 6 years experience in architectural design practice with an emphasis on design and technical documentation. Must be proficient in AutoCAD and have experience with 2D/3D computer modeling. Requires knowledge of building codes and building structures, good design and communication skills, and broad knowledge of forms, fixtures, furniture and equipment. General knowledge of healthcare design required; OSHPD experience preferred.
Senior Interior Designer
Perform interior design assignments of complex and diverse scope. Select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions in imaginative and practical ways. Work with medical planners and architecture teams to provide design support for execution of design concepts.
B.A./B.S./BFA in Interior Design/Architecture/Interior Architecture or equivalent in education and experience, and minimum 10 years experience in architectural design practice with emphasis on design and technical documentation. Must be proficient in AutoCAD and have experience with 2D/3D computer modeling. Position requires good design and communication skills, knowledge of building codes and structures, and of forms, fixtures, furniture and equipment. Extensive healthcare and OSHPD experience required.

Capable of managing project implementation commitments to schedule, budgets and contracts. Perform jobsite construction administration and coordination with contractor and other consultants as needed
