This is a part-time faculty position in the School of Film/Video, Character Animation program beginning September 2007.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a respected national reputation as an artist with more than five years experience producing personal projects. Teaching experience at the college level preferred. Must have a strong background in animation and the visual arts.
Duties
Duties include teaching and advising beginning through advanced students in a culturally diverse student body as well as participating in departmental and collegial matters.
Teach animation layout to second year students for both 2D and 3D. Teach creative composition and communication through visuals. Teach perspective to first year students relating perspective to animation layout.
