Job details: Description: Manage the day-to-day operation of the departments assigned including crew, crew scheduling, milestones, resources and deadlines to ensure that the production goals are met within budget and timelines.
Assist Production Director in the development of master production schedule.
Setup departmental schedules and reporting systems, based upon the master production schedule and tracking system as discussed and agreed upon with the Production Director.
Effectively delegate production schedules and tracking systems to Production Coordinators to manage, oversee and run departments, supervising their progress on a daily basis.
Identify schedule variances incurred from approved production schedule; recommend corrective action as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years industry experience on animated productions working as a Production Coordinator or experience as an Production Manager working in animation.
- Experience in 3D animation production.
- A thorough knowledge of animation process and good knowledge of the creative side of animation producing.
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Excel, Project, etc.
- Knowledge of spanish and english languages is a requirement.
- Excellent project management and team leader skill
- Strong team player with good communications skills and ability to facilitate resources across departments and divisions.
