duration - 1-3 Months
Job details: Flash based animator wanted for project consisting of 90 1-minute serialized clips on the life and times of teen surf sensation and bestselling author Bethany Hamilton.
This content will be created in cooperation with multi-media download company iAmplify.com and will consist of inspirational stories and motivational lessons from Bethany. The end product will be packaged for tweeners and teenagers aged 11-16; and the look and message we want to convey will appeal to a hip and modern demographic while still retaining a positive demeanor?think Kim Possible meets Gidget.
This is a calling card project and exciting opportunity that will appeal to anyone who wants to develop significant creative output for a personality on the rise. Bethany, when not surfing, has authored best-selling books on her experiences, has had a successful perfume and jewelry line with Claires.com and has helped raise money for various charities in the past three years. She has toured extensively in that same time spreading her message of hope and sharing her inspiring story with millions while gracing the pages of People Magazine and even winning a Teen Choice Award. It is a story that will be the subject of a major motion picture, currently in production and set for release on Fall 2007. This animation project should dovetail with the marketing efforts undertaken for the film.
Fresh grads are welcome to apply. We are looking for a fast, responsible and ultra-creative animator.
Pay will be based on experience.
