Blind is seeking an Art Director to lead a team of animators and designers.
Candidate has, at minimum, 3 years of experience as a designer in a motion graphics company. Position is for both the L.A. and N.Y. offices. Must have strong design/typography/illustration/communication skills and be willing to relocate. 3D is a plus.
Must be highly effective at managing and motivating creative staff, while working to maintain high creative standards.
