Job details: This large, well-known marketing company has an interesting position which is a mix of Admin and Graphics. You will be supporting a Managing Director of Marketing who primarily needs support with her travel and formatting of correspondence and the Director who needs mainly telephone support. The other part of the position will be doing Graphics for brochures, the internet and various items utilized to promote their services and events. This position will require travel-to Annual meeting, semi-annual meeting and other local events. MUST HAVES: Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash and good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
