Purpose/Summary: Sets leadership, direction, strategy, and policy management for all people and organizational development initiatives in synch with business strategies and priorities.Oversees the utilization of human capital assets.
*Essential Duties: Responsible for the overall strategic and tactical aspects of organizational development. Plays an integral role in developing the overall strategic direction of the organization, having frequent and substantial exposure to the Chief Executive Officer, the President & COO,the Executive Team, and the SVP Corporate Resources. Develops the company’s complete Organizational Developmentstrategy, establishing a track record of excellence in execution, includingOrganization Development/Metrics and Evaluation, Staff Development, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Training, Culture Assessment and Reinforcement, Internal Communications, Corporate Policy, amongother critical functions. The three main focus areas are Leadership and Organizational Development, Learning,and LEAN/Supply Chain Process.
