Apple is looking for Account Exec, Pro Channel Russia & CIS

Job details: The Pro Channel Account Executive will be in charge of the management and development of the Apple Pro Business in Russia/CIS through local channel partners. These partners include the local Value Added Distributor (VAD), resellers and system integrators.
Job Purpose:
Support sales growth from specific partners;
Development ensure the optimum mix of partners in the territory;
Authorization ensure that all partners comply with are properly authorized per the Apple EMEA model
Account Management manage the Pro Division of the local VAD to perform against short and long term company goals across the whole sales proposition as applicable;
Program Management execute effectively both ad hoc/ and partner programs that the job holder will be required to both design and implement (such as Market Development Fund activities) and permanent channel programs that are structured at the European or locally (such as Apple Solution Expert and Premium Reseller programs).
Key Responsibilities:
Account Executive needs to fully understand the needs of the partners target customers (end user or channel) and devise plans to map Apples solutions to these needs and therefore drive growth;
Deliver timely and accurate forecasting and reporting;
Work with partners to execute programs effectively;
Develop partners within Apples channel program framework where applicable;
Assist partners with development of a joint sales and marketing approach with partners to develop the partners relevant segment expertise;
Work with training resources to ensure adequate levels of product knowledge are maintained within each partner;
Execute the programs developed by the BDMs to drive solutions in Apples vertical segments such as Education, Video, and Design & Print;
Advise partners on T&Cs negotiation through relevant channel scoring tools;
Working with Channel Marketing, manage effective deployment of quarterly MDF funds to support achievement of business objectives;
Maintain database of all contacts within the partners across all areas of influence (intake, inventory, points of sale, finance, channel partners)

Ability to work on own initiative
Computer literate
Ability to understand and explain product features and benefits
Ideally the candidate will have at least three years experience in a business development or account management environment with some hands-on knowledge of channel marketing techniques. Other relevant experience will be considered.
Preferably the candidate will be a graduate in a Business Management discipline with a good knowledge of finance and marketing. Other relevant experience will be considered.
