Desired Skills: Experience with flash animations require
Job Details: Internship opportunity with IBM Communications producing Flash animations and doing 3-D virtual work design work. Skills with Flash, Illustrator, Second Life, and other 3D worlds. Projects would include creating animations that simplify complex scientific concepts in support of media announcements and new media campaigns, with the animations potentially running on broadcast TV news outlets in support of announcements and other campaigns, for posting to websites including ibm.com and youtube. Also includes work in building 3-D objects and designs in virtual worlds, including, but not limited to Second Life. Intern would have the opportunity to work closely with IBM media relations professionals to learn the ins and outs of a successful media relations campaigns. Prefer candidates with Virtual World Design, Communications Skills, Illustrator.
