Post subject: Very Fun 3-D Animated Soda Can Cartoon Character Needed job
Fizz Local, Inc. is looking for Very Fun 3-D Animated Soda Can Cartoon Character Needed
Starting Date: ASAP, duration - Per Project Basis - Ongoing
Job details: I own a new website (www.fizzlocal.com) and we are launching a TV campaign in the Buffalo, NY market, and then expanding into other markets, as well…
As a privately owned website, I am on a very tight budget, but that will loosen up once we get started and change the creative every 60 days…
That being said, I just came up with the idea of having my own creative done instead of using the TV stations production facility/staff, and haven’t created a budget per se’, so I need to be cautious of what I spend on this project…
For reference, I personally think that the Geico commercials are absolutely hilarious! Now, I realize that I don’t have their budget (yet, anyway…lol) but my point of that example, is they have a cool animated character that is extremely funny…The copy is great too, of course...
The other campaign that I think is hilarious is the Jack Links Beef Jerky spots…People do funny things to a sasquatch and then run away, only the sasquatch catches up to them and flips their car, or the sasquatch smacks the guy into a river, or off a snow bank or something…Here is a reel of them…
My point of showing you the sasquatch spots is simply that they are hysterically funny…THAT is specifically what I am looking for…
Here is what I am thinking….
With my site being called Fizz Local, I\'d have a vision of an animated, maybe a 3-D soda can cartoonish character (we’d give him a cool name, of course…lol) and somehow, he’d start by “popping his top” and we’d have a sound effect of a can of soda opening and the “soda fizz.” A cool visual of the animated \"fizz bubbles\" would be cool too...
We would have copy that the “soda can” would say how “People Sometimes Do REALLY Dumb Things (with maybe a funny graphic describing something very stupid that someone does) like maybe \"locking yourself out of the car” or “a kid who does something stupid on a skateboard & wipes out” or pulls a funny prank on someone to only get caught by his own stupidity” or something…(I think you see what I mean) then the copy would say something like “Or REALLY dumb, like using the old phonebook” (as the character “would punt the phonebook off the screen)…lol Maybe drop kick it or something…It would be hilarious…
Then the voice says something like “Be Smarter – Find It On Fizz Local.com.” - Then the spot would continue to show the cool features of the site like all of the dynamic coupons that we have that you can download & print for anything you want from fizzlocal.com, and the best part of saving all this cash is that it is with local businesses. So maybe at this point, we see images of the soda can sucking dollar bills “back into” the can with a funny straw or something…lol We could also have images pop-up on the screen out of the animated \"fizz bubbles\" showing something that would reinforce the fact that we only work with local businesses and NOT national companies…
This is just an idea of the theme, but I think you see where I am going…
I need a :30 (with a :05 donut), a :15, and a :10…
Any ideas of what I’d have to budget for this? If the price is very right, I’d be ready to do this right now…

I would give you a new project every 45-60 days...
Requirements: 1.) VERY Skilled in creating funny 3-D animated characters
2.) Adobe After Effects
3.) Can work quickly...
