hi all...i want to create my own 2d people textures from my own photographs. Does anyone know what the legal requirements are in doing so?
I use these types of textures for architectural visualisations, and now wish to create and sell my own to other 3d artists. I find 'candid' shots of people walking around going about their business, gets a much better result than getting someone I know to pose. So, how do I go about this legally? Is it a matter of running after each person I photograph and asking them to sign a waiver?? anyone got any ideas??

Typically their is a waiver for release. you can make it yourself. and it should state that "said person is willing to have their image used by "you" for said project".
