Hello, I'm Mario, from Argentina. I work at a architecture CG studio and I've been given the assignment of putting order and availableness (is that a word?) in the chaos of all the 3d models and stock images that the studio has collected over the years, i.e. hundreds of different chairs, cars, objects an whatnot.
My boss wants me to find some kind of cataloguing software with tags an thumbnail previews, so the CG artists can find the material they need easily.
Currently we have 4 CG artist working here, and we use a server for storing and accesing all the stuff we need for producing our projects.
Which would be, you'd say, the way to go?
