Hey
I'm pretty competent in using photoshop, but I want to move on from just 2d images to start incorporating 3d elements into my work.
My question is if I hire a 3d artist will they supply me with a grey render which I then colour in in photoshop. I have no idea of the work flow could someone explain the very basic or show me another thread that'll answer my questions?
Cheers in advance

If you want this - a 3d astist can provide the grey render and you can paint over it.
Or a 3d artist can provide textured 3d models that are already rendered with all the colors needed by you.
Or the 3d artist can provide a 3d model that you can texture in the latest photoshop and then provide him with the textures that he will use for rendering.
Yes they will supply you with a black and white rendering if you want this.
