Job details: yU+co. is looking for an experienced SR. FX COMPOSITOR (stereo experience not required)



5000 frame under water bubble sequence



one to pull clean BG\'s of water element plates RE/LE



one to color treat and match and make sure keyed identical



pull mattes for bubbles - keyed identical for RE/LE



Requirements:

Expert understanding of Maya

At least 8 years of proven production film experience

Thorough understanding of techniques and technologies related to CG rendering and compositing

Excellent communication skills

Proven technical and creative ability in a large feature-film VFX production environment

Strong problem-solving skills

Very good understanding of production pipelines





QUALIFICATIONS:

Artist must know Maya and MentalRay extremely well

Understanding multi pass 3D compositing required

Artists must be able to take direction and work in a team focused environment, good communication skills are a must

Strong time management skills and extremely organized.

Solid work ethic and a positive attitude in the face of challenging situations.
