Looking for a Book for Cinema 4d R12

Hi,

So i was reading some reviews online and read that Cinema 4D R12 was the easiest software to use for some one first starting out. I was thinking about buying the book Cinema 4d R12 essential guide, its a 100 bucks so i thought i would ask what you guys thought first. If you have used this before and thought it was bad would there be a good tutorial book you would recommend me buying?
