one day a man went to a doktor & said im so sad. doktor when heart his speak. said to than man go to city & in city one clown exist who will make u laugh & happy. man said im that clown

Simple and nice idea.
I think it would be more dramatic if the paper with smile would drop a denser shadow on the sad apple.
