File type problem

Hey everyone -

I've inherited a bit of an odd problem. I have a 3d model file but I have no idea how to import or open it.

Originally in .s01 format I've been able to open with notepad++ and I can see that its some sort of text baised x y z format.

I tried a few file types that use this kind of text biased format but to no avail.
