Need help with making renderings more realistic. job

I am not technically savvy: I have my own company; we have four services one of which are renderings. We use 3D Studio; Vray and Vray lighting. I would like for someone from within the industry to evaluate what we are doing and what we can do differently to improve our renderings. I want to be able to offer renderings that you cant tell the difference between a rendering and a photograph. I am open to many ideas including a partner on the rendering side.
