Doctor Who Fan Film: Into the Dark Dimension

Hi! I am working on a fan production of the unproduced 1993 30th Anniversary film Into the Dark Dimension. I am far into the project, but I am having trouble with the backgrounds with no CGI sets. So I am currently looking for talented artist or artists to help with the project and build us sets for certain scenes.
