How To Rotate Multiple Bones In Blender

Hi everyone.
I am a newbie in Blender but I have some experience with 3ds max and other 3d software.
What I want is rotate multiple bones at once in blender in the pose mode.

I select multiple bones and try to rotate them but only the parent is rotated this way.


I have attached an image to show what I want to achieve and what I get.

Please help.

Select all the bones you want to rotate.
And switch to individual origins pivot center.
