if i click vertex alt the points will turn to color yellow. i can move the vertex. please help me thx help me to disable this mode thx.

i want to save my turntable as AVI format. please help me what to do, i need to know it Badly give me steps to do and the settings to render, i use maya 2011 autodesk. thank you guys and Godbless.
