Dear fellow 3d enthuitast
I have set up a bones system for a cartoon character I have modeled for my project.
I have used IK on legs, arms and backbone and used helpers for swivels on the backbon ...

But if you press the Plot button with middle mouse button it will do your last command so it's quite fast.

You can plot a curve from you animations.
Just select your object then do tools/plot/curve
