You need a camera that does multiexposure takes
I borrowed one from a friend
And made skyphotos
And assembled them in psCS2
Which is quite fast and yielded for my unknowing soul better results than hd ...

You would have to add the eyes prior to importing it, and put the eyes on another UVquadrant
And then you make uv-poly-groups
And can hide them when you dont need them

In mr you should actually use the ibl-node
Especially if you tend to work with finalgathering or other advanced rendering techniques

The image alpha has to be assigned to the corresponding alphaValue
